Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 glasses, with bulk pricing tiers that drop as quantities grow. One bar, one wedding or one small retail run is a completely normal order here.
How long does an order take?
Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and finished glasses ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).
Etched or printed?
Etched if the mark can be monochrome — it is a permanent change to the glass surface and cannot wear off. Printed if you need brand colour, using kiln-fired ceramic ink that survives a commercial glasswasher. We will tell you which your artwork wants.
Is your decoration dishwasher safe?
Yes, for both methods. Etching is permanent by definition, and our printing is ceramic ink fired in a kiln rather than air-dried. Air-dried and vinyl decoration is not dishwasher safe, whatever it is sold as — that is usually why a cheap quote is cheap.
Martini, coupe or Nick & Nora?
A wide V spills the moment it is knocked, so if drinks cross a room on a tray, choose a coupe. If your cocktails are correctly sized at around three ounces, a Nick & Nora fills properly instead of looking half empty. We send samples of all three rather than pick for you.
Can you match my brand colour?
On printed glassware, yes — spot colours mixed to your reference and fired. On etched glassware, no: etching is always a frosted white mark, and any supplier promising a coloured etch is describing something else.
Do you supply gift packaging?
Yes, rigid boxes with a die-cut cavity per glass cut to your specific profile, so the glasses never touch each other in transit. The box exterior prints up to four colours.
Do I pay anything before I approve the design?
Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the design is exactly what you want.
